Hi, my name is Elaine. I just want to vent out my frustration to the whole verizon team. I had trouble porting 3 lines from tmobile to verizon and it took me 4 days, 5 hours speaking to 5 different people to get my problem solved. In the meantime no one can text me and my family to my regular phone number. And I have to pay 4 more days under tmobile. Just a WARNING TO THOSE WHO WANT TO SWITCH! Make sure it is worth it! I hate that I have to start verizon feeling this way. I HATE VERIZON!

I had the opposite problem when I briefly switched to your old provider, where it ended up being a disaster for me there and I came back in less than a week.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
