I signed up for the Verizon Unlimited Welcome plan with porting four lines of which three were from visible and one from boost. The new handsets were delivered and we decided to activate them over the weekend when all would be home.
The iPhones were unopened and suddenly two of our visible lines were terminated without notice even though we did not start the activation process on Verizon.
That caused a nightmare middle of work week where we had to start the activation and porting process on new phones while our children were away at university while the new handset were at home. The whole porting and activation process took up whole of the day and on top it left our daughter without active phone line for 5 days as the new phone was at home.
I requested the rep to escalate the issue and find out why our lines were cancelled without activation and any notice. There has been no response from Verizon for a week. This is not the service I expected from Verizon.

We're sorry to hear that you had porting issues when coming over to Verizon from Visible. We're not able to speak on what happened at Visible, but we recommend reaching out to them if you have any questions. If you're still having problems with the activation of your lines, please let us know.
