Porting in to Verizon

I’ve been trying to port a number from another provider to my account for THREE WEEKS and it’s still not resolved. I’ve been into the store twice and been on phone calls for hours. Each time I explain to Verizon what the other carrier has told us what they’re seeing on their end, it’s dismissed. The phone settings have been reset about 10 times despite telling the Verizon support people that this has been tried multiple times.
Beware porting to Verizon and their absolute poor customer service unless you like not having your phone for nearly a month.
