Pro on the go service

I can not get the pro on the go option at check out. We have selected the Verizon multi device insurance which say this is an option but at check out I only see 

free 2 day shipping 

or next day for 12.99

we need the pro on the go to help us set up

We understand wanting the additional assistance with setting up your device. The Pro On the Go option would be present if the purchase is eligible. If the device is not in stock at an Asurion services store or your address is not within the Asurion Delivery coverage area, it would not show as an option.
