Problems Getting My ID uploaded to verify I am me

As others have had an issue, I do as well. I got an email to upload documents to verify I am me, and I go and nothing happens. Please can someone tell me how to fix this.

It should be a Qr code to scan, it was on the email I received. However I am trying to send a document, a sale representative at a store told me they have email where u can do it
