Problems Getting My ID uploaded to verify I am me

As others have had an issue, I do as well.  I got an email to upload documents to verify I am me, and I go and nothing happens. Please can someone tell me how to fix this.

It is extremely recommended to restart your device prior to going through this process to make sure none other apps are stopping you from uploading your information. It should be a Qr code to scan, it was on the email I received. However I am trying to send a document, a sale representative at a store told me they have email where u can do it
