We applied for 4 phones to switch from Tmobile. Both my wife and myself were turned down (separately apped) for not being able to be verified. We talked to 5 reps and as we have lived in the same house 23 years and my credit is 835 and my wife's is 780. We sent them :
Drivers license's front and back , Selfies, Car registration, Doc's from social security, Costco credit card bills
It appears that since we did not buy all the bells and whistles that Verizon is not going to honor their offer. It was a huge waste of 7 hours trying to switch carriers. Looks like we stay with /Tmobile.
Anyone else had the issues with verification. Ours was sent multiple times.
