I’ve been trying to upload proof of residency multiple times and it doesn’t seem to be registering. I need this to go through because my apartment’s former tenant never ended his service so the proof is required before I can hook up my router. I have submitted a PDF copy of my lease and also submitted photos of the lease.
I spoke to a customer service agent that simply said this can take time and that the automated confirmation of the residency doesn’t work well. Is there an email or another way of confirming my residency with an agent so that I can begin using my internet?
