Hi!
A am planning for a trip back to the USA and I would like to reactivate my sim card. I tried to register for a new account so I can manage my sim card, reactivate plans etc but i am getting this error:
”Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time”

Hey Lucian_Anghel, we're glad to hear that you're planning a trip back to the states and want to get your Verizon service restarted. We do have some questions to help you get this going. Do you have a current account with Verizon? What type of service were you looking to activate, prepaid or postpaid service?

Hi!
I bought the sim card from a verizon store, and its a prepaid one. I dont think I have an account with you guys.
I had a $45 - 15GB voice plan as I remember.

Lucian when it comes to getting everything set up with the prepaid activation, you would need to be in the network in order to do this. Now once you are back in the US, just call this number, and they will be able to get you started back up.

I understand, but once I am landing, I won't have any data or credit to make a call. And I am arriving at around 8PM, everything is closed.
I wanna make this work before coming there because I need to drive straight from the airport and without any data it would be a little bit difficult for me 😄
