I ported my own, and my girlfriend's number into version via the sales maker accommodation page at best buy about a week ago. I worked there for years and can get the sales maker discount. It was a new account and a byod on both lines. I ordered physical sim cards when I created the account to be sent to my house, knew the phones would have no service while they were being shipped. If the sim cards worked it would be a no issue, but nope, they didn't,. I was a Version VPL for a few years before Best Buy made me a manager, so I know this stuff can be complicated. But at the end of the day after 5 long telephone calls and 3 trips to the physical corporate store I cannot get these numbers activated. Every phone call has resulted in "go to the store" and every trip to the store has resulted in "you have to call (3951 vestal parkway, vestal NY 13850) " No qualifying MDN. I haven't had a phone number since it was ported into version, Work cannot get a hold of me, I cannot check my bank account as it wants to send a text, and actually more important stuff than that. My girlfriend is in the same boat. I just don't know what I have to do to get a working phone number again, even with another carrier. Wish I never tried this. IE, how can ya get a port out token on telephone numbers that have never been activated. At this point Id be alright with getting service elsewhere, just sad Version even paid my paycheck while I was a VPL. Talking up about a company that would leave me in such a position. I do need a working phone number, preferably the number that got ported to you....that being said no, don't have a callback number. They were the two lines are sitting in your system, nonfunctional

so tired, so many phone calls, 3 trips to a corporate store that wants nothing to do with me because they can't get into my account. And every corporate call they tell me to go to a store, I'm just a tennis ball. I'm walking into work tomorrow and buying a mint sim off the shelf. then making another trip to the corporate Verizon a mile down the street and hope they can give me a port out token on numbers that have never been activated on Verizon. But verizon has. Then Im going back to best buy (store 1380) and encourage every customer I come across to go AT&T or T-mobile. And tell my people to do the same.
