I been on the phone with Amber a top notch customer service representative.....if I do decide to make the switch it will be because of her... All day I have been on the phone with her trying to make things work seriously about 6 hours....on top of been dealing with one thing after another with Verizon for about a week now from fraud holds to canceled orders after devices were paid for and picked up....yet I can't activate them because the application and order were canceled.....this is utterly ridiculous and kind of makes me want to just deal with the problems of the "Un-desirable" service I have now... Seriously...It makes me think about future problems that may come up??? And how they will be handled.....I will be taking the phones I picked up AND paid for today to work with me tomorrow and will be taking them back after work...hope to get my refund
