Hi, I couldn't long in as it says my login info is wrong and i tried to make a one-time payment but the system also doesn't recognize my info. 

And the page always goes to "Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time."

Your customer service representative does not support a human representative service anymore, but only computing    system, which makes me extremly frustrated as I am spending about 2 hours with this matter.

You can use this link: https://www.verizon.com/expresspay/#/auth you can also dial #PMT from your mobile device and that'll take you to the automated system which can help you process that payment.
