I see many people having this same problem with zero answers. I created my Verizon account when I signed up for Fios. I logged into that account and added verizon wireless with new cell phones. I merged the 2 accounts into 1 login and I have been using them on the app no problem. Here is my issue:

My Wireless account is missing my netflix perk. When I try to add it or manage my plan, it takes me to a browser and says "Sorry we couldn't verify that this account belongs to you".

When I login from any computer using my normal login (same one as the app) it takes me to another page that once again says "Sorry, we couldn't verify that this account belongs to you.". 

I cannot get in touch with anyone HUMAN at any time. Switching to Verizon has been an absolute nightmare! Please anyone help me solve this? Why is the app working but not the browser? I have verified my email address, and I do not see any other emails regarding verification.

I am facing same error ""Sorry we couldn't verify that this account belongs to you" on both browser "Chrome/safari". So today after I  reset my password on the mobile app and later logged into broswer, intial login worked. Now in the evening back to same issue on the both broswers.

I am facing same issue not able to login myverizon.com from the broswer[Chrome & Safari]. Today after tried resetting password from the mobile app, I was able to fine from safari. later in the evening, when I try to login from the browser it failed with same error "Sorry we couldn't verify that this account belongs to you".

iโ€™m having the same issue - i just switched last week and feel like iโ€™ve been contacting verizon with something almost every day.
