Hello,
Three days ago, I ordered two new mobile lines with Unlimited Welcome. One with the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE proposed by Verizon, the other one to be used on my own device. When I placed the order, the sales agent gave me two phone numbers easy to remind.
Yesterday, I received my order, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE with a SIM and other SIM card for the other Unlimited Welcome plan to be used on my own device. In the documentation provided in the box, order # and both phone numbers chose with the sales agent were recalled. Then, I tried to activate the service on the new Samsung
I cannot activate Verizon service on the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, it says : "Cannot Activate your device. Your device cannot be activate. Please visit your nearest Verizon Wireless Store or call Customer Service". So I did and the Customer service ask me to create an account first. But I cannot create an account on the Verizon website, it indicates : "We aren't able to validate this as an active Verizon number. Please double-check your number or activate your device". Customer Service transferred me to the Sales service in order to fix the account creation issue. Sales Service transferred me to the Customer Service in order to activate first the device. Customer Service transferred me to the Sales Service in order to create first an account. Sales Service transferred me to the Customer Service in order to activate first the device... in a infinite loop.
After 3h30 of loop, I gave up but I still not have access to my device. The only information I got from one agent was that the phone number provided for the Samsung Galaxy S21 was disconnected and the account associated to it was not under my name.
Is there such senior support agents who could fix issues involving several services??
