My switcher rebate was processed and supposedly sent to my email. I never got it. Contacted support. Took hours of my time and no one could help. Everyone kept talking about a promo code. I was told this was a $200 gift card and that is what was sent to my email and now no one can recover it? It never came to my email. No agent seems to know how to look it up or what to do. Says processed, sent to registered email.
Last rep I spoke to I could barely understand and they just kept talking about a promo code.
Can anyone help or do I have to spend more hours trying to get help with this?
