i recently transferred my phone and plan off of my parents and onto my own. i can not transfer my Fios and mobile number to my account or any services. i can not get into a manager account or make one whatsoever. i went into a verizon corporate store to resolve this issue and they still didn’t know what to do. i traded in my phone on in the process and they said it should resolve after, but i am now locked out of my account and still unable to gain access to any of my information. my bill is due next week and will not be paid until i get this resolved. i’d like to have full access and see more than the community forum in order for me to move forward! i can not get ahold of any live person through customer service, i’ve been to a corporate store and a retail store, none of which were any help.
