Two-Factor Authentication with Suspended Account While Abroad

Hi, I flew out of the US last night after suspending my account. I need to access my Verizon wireless account. I have my two-factor authentication on, it says it would text a PIN number to my suspended phone number which I obviously cannot get since 1. the number is suspended and 2. I am abroad. I cannot get an access to my Verizon account as a result.

Please help me get into my Verizon wireless account again.
