Unable to Link Phone Number to Online Account

I recently ported over my phone number from AT&T to Verizon. My phone is fully functioning on the Verizon network with the SIM card that I received in the mail. I am not able to, however, link my phone number to my Verizon login. I keep receiving this error.

Hi there, casneill. Sorry to hear you're running into this issue. Are you currently using the MyVerizon App or a web browser to link your phone number? If using the app please try to complete using a web browser. You may also need to clear the cache and cookies on your device and attempt again.
