I’ve been trying to add 2 phones to my account. It’s crazy that they aren’t able to verify my identity and I already have Verizon service. Why can’t I go into the store and verify myself. It makes No sense. The information I used is mine and has been the same forever, even before Verizon. You all have to do better. I talked to numerous reps and was told the same thing and hung up on. Which is also very rude by the way. What type of system do you all have. This makes no sense. I have nothing against people working in other countries either but the script drives me insane!! Fix this help me!
