Unable to access My Verizon due to "the information you entered doesn't match our records."

It's the title.  I tried to sign in to My Verizon, but I don't remember my password. Then I used the 'forgot password' option to reset it. It asked me to enter my zipcode, and I entered the zipcode I provided when I registered this number (which I'm 100% sure is correct), but it still showed "the information you entered doesn't match our records."

And I also couldn't use this zipcode to make a one-time payment!

My prepaid plan is about to expire.

So please help me quickly. Thanks!

This is a recap of what we went over on our call, you were experiencing issues with logging into My Verizon. The system wasn't giving you the option to complete registration. I created a ticket for you. However, with some more time and playing around with the system you were able to push everything through 😀 Is everything still working fine?
