Unable to access my Verizon account due to “all information doesn’t match record”

I am trying to sign in to My Verizon and I put in my correct User ID and phone number (neither of them work) with my correct password (which I know is correct because I wrote it down when opening an account and it has not worked since. I had contacted support about this issue a few months however it was never resolved). When that information "didn't match our records," I tried to use the ZIP code recovery option. Upon inputting my CORRECT ZIP code (and even tried the Verizon store I signed up with zip code), I was once again given "the information you entered doesn't match our records."
HOWEVER, the same ZIP code enabled me to enter for a one-time payment of course! Without being able to verify anything on my end and just give them money to continue service. This is absolutely infuriating and I'm now certain it's a bug, not an error on my part, because of the ability to get in just to make payments, Verizon has now over charged me on multiple occasions because I can’t go on my account to see when my bill is due, how much is due or even get my account number and pin. When trying to contact them on this matter I’m greeted with a automated machine that can never connect me to live agent, and when I do connect with live agent (which takes forever and many hoops to get through) they basically don’t do anything and tell me to try again in 24 hrs in case my account is locked??, I will not be continuing paying the one time payment and would like to have my account information.
