I have the Disney bundle and am unable to activate Hulu. I'm receiving the following error like many others

Go back to Disney+ and try again.
I've contacted both Hulu and Disney+ support, but neither have been able to assist stating it's a known issue on their end.
Beyond frustrating to see this has been a known issue and there is still no fix.
We're terribly sorry for the inconvenience you're going through. If this is a known issue with Disney+ and Hulu, we recommend to wait for the issue to be resolved on their end, since we don't have any access to their system.
