Unable to activate netflix/starz +play

Purchase +play Starz + Netlfix on us bundle but was never able to activate the Netflix subscription. It says activation is pending but on the next screen the Netflix tile is not a clickable link/button.

Had the same issue.  Paid for bundle on 10/4.  After a month of contact to resolve, 5 chats, 4 calls and 4 separate tickets from overly apologetic reps, they finally resolved by simply cancelling it altogether.  Not that upset about the bundle but the amount of time I spent trying to resolve..  Have learned that purchases from VZW  are a gamble at best.  good luck

You are lucky that at least they cancelled it for you. I am unable to cancel or issue is resolved for me. It has been 4 months since I bought the bundle, spoke to 15 different reps, 3 managers, over 30 hours on phone/chat. No one could solve the issue. You don't get what you paid for with +play subscriptions

what ended up happening because i'm about to cancel everything as i'm having the same issue and they dont care
