Unable to link my account to user ID

Hi,
I am unable to link my account number to my user ID.
I registered for user ID so that I can manage my account online. I was able to get to the page that says VBM Account Linking. I typed in my account number on my invoice and the zip code, but when I clicked on 'continue' button, the page does not progress.
I have tried using other options like email, phone number, etc, nothing works.
Has anyone faced this issue? How did you fix it?
