I tried to proceed with the link service after logging in to the account, but even though I entered the phone number correctly, a message appears asking me to enter the correct information. 😞

Hello, Patrick423, we know it's important to be able to link your accounts in My Verizon. You mentioned you entered a phone number when trying to link your accounts. Are you entering a cell phone number that is active with Verizon?

Hi I’m having the same problem, several calls, hours spent, no solution yet. Seems like they are untrained and have no idea about any tech problems. Did you succeed to setup your online access to your account eventually? If yes would you please tell me how. Thank you.

I am unable to link my cell phone number that uses a Verizon cell phone plan to the My Verizon account I just created. It says the number is not available for linking. It appears that without doing that step, there isn’t much to do on the My Verizon app.

We want to ensure that you are able to access all of the benefits of your My Verizon account. When you are receiving the messaging about linking the service, is this when attempting to log in or is this when you select the option to register your account for online access? Have you previously had access to the online account?
