Unable to link service

Unable to link my service plan to my Verizon account to see my bill, plans, phones...on 2/13 I switched my account to my business account for 3 lines. Although it's a "business account" it's actually still a personal. I had to wait 30 days for my new email address to register within Verizons system, received my first bill, paid that bill and am STILL unable to access Verizon app to see my information.

 

Upon creating the new account with my newly registered email address, I received all of the normal verification emails and texts to authorize. Logging in, I have no profile other than to this community. I go through the process of trying to link my svcs and after I input my zip code and PIN, the next screen is a big bold "unable to link service".

 

I've been on the phone with customer service a ridiculous amount of times for an even more ridiculous amount of hours trying to resolve this. Zero reps can figure out what is happening and why I can't link. So I'm sitting here w/ zero access to any part of my account...for myself and the 2 other lines I'm paying for. Wt?

What is so difficult with your janky system that any level customer service rep can help me..? This is just a giant waste of time and I'm really irritated with your programmers and their lack of knowledge to program the Verizon system. It's working AGAINST everyone instead of for.
