Unable to link services

More than a month ago I switched from another provider to verizon.  But since then I have been unable to link my mobile services to my account.  Several phone call and two calls which were to call me back that I never got.  I am still unable to link services.  This is truly unacceptable.  The thought of having to make another phone has me ill.

What I want to happen is an account created and my services linked.
