Unable to log into my Verizon account or register my device

I am a newer customer. I ordered a new phone & created an account. When I received my phone & transferred my number I tried to link it to the new account & register it. But it asks for my zip code, but rejects it everytime I enter it.

I wouldn't be surprised if the account you currently have is a guest account and not the "real" one. It's better to wait until you've gotten the new phone and activated it before creating a My Verizon account. If attempting to create another My Verizon account using the phone number doesn't work, then someone at Verizon will have to deactivate the My Verizon account you currently have and then you'd re-register using the phone number as if you'd never had an account.
