Hi,
I have recently lost my phone, and have been trying to log into My Verizon to get support for it, but I have not been able to do so. I have recently had my number released from business to personal, and went through to account creation process as part of it. I do not recall having a step where I had to set up a new password, and when I tried to use the zip code I provided to see if I can start the process to retrieve my account, I keep getting the error message saying the information I provided does not match what's on Verizon's file.
Any support would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
