Unable to register a prepaid mobile phone membership account Verizon prepaid account, prompting not case sensitive

I purchased a Verizon Wilson mobile phone number. I wanted to create an account to manage it. I filled in the username, password and email address on the registration interface, and everything went smoothly. When it came time to fill in the answers to the security questions, no matter what I wrote, I couldn't satisfy it. It prompts "not case sensitive" and the submit button is gray. I've tried all lowercase and all uppercase, but neither works, nor does mixed case. Iโ€™ve tried no punctuation, all lowercase, all uppercase, and combinations of uppercase and lowercase.
