Unable to see or link phone lines to account

A couple weeks ago, I experienced issues logging into my account. When I tried to reset my password, the MFA prompt was sent to my daughter's watch, not my phone. I tried that twice and ended up locking the account for 24 hours. I called Support and they advised me to go in to the Verizon corporate store. I went in and they had me unregister my phone lines from my account and try to re-register. That did not resolve the issue. I retried with the VZW employee's guidance several times, and eventually got locked out for 24 hours. He assured me that if I tried again at home in 24 hours, all would be well.

My account login still works, but there are no devices or phone lines there. When I try to link them, it says my phone lines are ineligible to link. My phones  and watch still work, but I have no way to relink them to my account.

HELP!

This is pretty strange, and we definitely want to make sure you're able to log into your My Verizon account and manage your lines. What information are you using to log in? For example, is it a username and password or a phone number and password?

Thank you. Do you get any error on the site once you log in? ~Peter

I login but none of my account info or devices are shown. It's as though it's a blank account. When I choose to re-link services and enter my phone number, this error appears:

That mobile number cannot be linked.

Please make sure youโ€™ve entered the correct mobile number. If youโ€™ve already linked your service, Sign In.

The store and phone support have not been able to help me re-link accounts or move past this. I have not been able to manage accounts or devices for 2-3 weeks.

I'm sorry you were experiencing this issue. I recommend visiting a corporate store and seeing if they can register your number on a Pc there. Find a store here: https://www.verizon.com/stores/-Joe

I already tried that. This was not helpful.
