Unable to verify my identity

I decided to switch my service from tmobile to verizon and its been a nightmare.  The link they use to verify you is worthless. Ive uploaded multiple times and it still keeps cancelling my application. Theres no option to email or fax in documents. Calling and talking to a actual human in the fraud department doesnt help because they just respond to you off  a script this has been the most frustrating experience ever.
