Verizon is a joke.

How come my order was on hold, not able to verify, then verified, approved, shipped, then re-routed to be sent back during shipping?

All the while *another separate* order placed the same day was approved, shipped, and delivered!!

The "fraud department" staffed by foreigner people did not give a rat a**, and told me with straight face "Verizon could not do business with you", despite my second order physically literally sitting at home (and now I'm getting spam call from "porting department" non-stop). And yes, they could not tell me why it was approved then shipped, then cancelled while in transit, other than "nothing they could do about it".

What a way to treat a brand-new customer! 

Verizon went from top-notch premium brand reputation to being absolutely worse than my local Dollar Tree with a crackhead cashier who is way more helpful and truthful.
