Verizon Disney Hulu and ESPN account activation

Hello, I added and activated my bundle on my Verizon account. I activated my Disney account first and then had to come back to activate the HULU and ESPN subscription/account parts. However, I cannot find any links to do so. When searching the Verizon FAQ's I am constantly directed to start from the 'Your Disney+ account is good to go' screen during initial Disney Bundle sign up page. However, I cannot access that page now that I left it. How can I activate my Hulu and ESPN account bundle now? Can there be new activation links sent to me?

Let's make sure you're able to actiate your Hulu subscription! Once you've activated your Disney+ subscription, you can go on the My Verizon app through a computer and access the Disney+ Manage Account Page. This isn't available through the app, so you'll need a PC. You can find it by logging into your My Verizon app and using the search bar. We hope this helps.
