Verizon One Talk

I purchased One Talk service about three months ago.  I am paying almost 4 times what I paid before.  I am less than impressed.  Many problems with it.  I have emailed my account rep and was pretty much told it is what it is not fixes coming soon.  So I have wasted a lot of money.  Looking for tips for another service or someone at Verizon to contact me to see if there is a way to resolve problems.

Anyone else using this service?
