I've been a loyal Verizon customer for probably 20 years now. I think that may be getting ready to change. I am entirely disgusted with the fact that when you are online with customer service and you turn down the "offer" to add Verizon support for all your home devices, they either disconnect you or transfer you to a different person in tech support that turns out to be the main support menu and you once again have to start over. This is after being on the phone with them for 20 minutes trying to resolve an issue. This has happened to me twice already today. Verizon needs to get a handle on their customer service situation because if they are doing this to everyone like me, then they are going to lose many customers.
