Verizon suspension?

Does anyone else have issues with Verizon? I've paid my bill in full, and even early. Yet they randomly suspend my services and everytime I try to login to MyVerizon it keeps saying error. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? I'm currently in japan and would love to you know, have a WORKING phone that works!!!!!!
