Verizon turned off my data

Been chatting with Verizon about getting my voicemail app back on my phone after is suddenly disappeared. Chat was initiated yesterday and continued this morning. The last message I received was to allow them update the device ID. I granted permission and now I do not any data. 

I've tried logging in to chat/call, but I cannot receive the verification txt that must be used. I hate that I cannot talk to anyone in VZ without them having to send me a code. I'm getting very frustrated with VZ.

I know I would be concerned if my data stopped working after a device ID update while troubleshooting. This is certainly not the intended experience, and we're sorry to learn that you've been having more trouble getting support since this. We're here to help, and want to turn this experience around.
