I don’t see a great way to provide feedback on an amazing Verizon employee so trying this. April in the Port Department was incredible. She patiently helped us get my in-laws phones successfully activated after we first received incorrect information from the first Verizon rep we spoke with. This was quite the feat as they live hours away from us. She calmly walked us through what was needed, sat through a gazillion side conversations with my in-laws on the other line, listened to my baby babbling and fussing in the background, troubleshooted when things didn’t work, and sympathized with us in a way that made the process easier.
We are so appreciative of her time, expertise, and caring attitude. Please get this feedback back to her manager. April, you were amazing!!!
Verizon, please consider expanding your feedback form to allow for positive information on your employees to be captured easily. Your staff deserves to be recognized when recognition is due.
