I am currently a T-mobile custom when I decided to switch to Verizon and they were offering a new phone with unlimited plan, I applied and they checked my credit score and I was approved they sent me a contract to sign and they told me you will receive the phone within two business days and they sent me an email to upload my driver license as well as my car registration which both indicates the current address to be surprised that we've canceled your order cause your information couldn't be verified. I contacted the customer service line which they provided here, I entered the order and SSN number and the representative told me that you couldn't verify your information anymore we couldn't proceed and since your order has already been cancelled, and it couldn't be reversed so you can not provide any extra information, I have the documents in my hands; they are valid and both have the same address that I am living in now. Is that the way you treat other people who wanna shift to your network? Is that a way you run and expand your network?! I would never recommend verizon to any friend or a family member! Such a horrible first and last experience!
