I recently purchased 2 new iPhones but when I went to link the devices to my account, I wasn't able to get my account numbers it just says new customer where in the place where the numbers are supposed to be, does anyone know why?

If your service isn't up and running yet - I'm guessing the iPhones will be the devices you will have your numbers used upon - then your current account is a guest access account only. It's probably saying something like "you'll get the full account owner experience when you add your devices" or some such? Guest accounts can't have anything linked to them from what I've read in other threads from others reporting the same problems. You'll have to wait until your lines and phones are activated on Verizon, then try to register whatever your primary line is on My Verizon as if you'd never set up an account before. If the system won't let you, then a Verizon rep needs to delete the guest account so you can start over with making a new account.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
