if disney is part of my plan , then why am I paying extra for it every month. if i want to cancel it I am not able too, there ia no option.
ginaq617, I would be concerned too if I was being charged for a feature that is supposed to be included in my plan. We'd be more than happy to take a closer look at your account and find out what's going on with Disney+. To better assist, we'll be sending a Private Note.
