This has been the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever experienced in my entire life. I initially called to simply open up an account and buy a phone. A customer service representative for whatever reason, decided to transfer a line and a device over to my brand new account that was not mine. I  was not aware this was happening. I immediately called to try and reverse this. They continued to tell me that it would take 3-5 days to transfer the line and device back where it belonged. When it was still on my account I called back. Since then I have called and spoken with probably 20-25 different representatives.. All who have told me different things. Now Iโ€™m being told the account that the line and device were transferred from is in collections and that thereโ€™s absolutely nothing they can do about it. I am LIVID. My spending limit is greatly affected by this. I cannot add a line and another device to my account because of it. I am paying for a phone and line I do not own nor have. And my bill is higher. As a brand new customer this is absolutely insane and I cannot believe this is what Iโ€™m dealing with. Instead of simply transferring the line and device back to where it belongs, whether thatโ€™s in collections or not, they just continue to give me the run around daily while offering me discount after discount. I do not recommend them to anyone.
