my verizon business password is not working

I am receiving this message even when the admin of the verizon business account has sent me the reset password link.
There is a orange box that comes up top with a message that reads "This User ID requires a Password Reset. Please contact one of the following for further assistance:
- • Company's Administrator
- • Verizon Customer Service at 1-800-922-0204
- • WITS/ Service@once users only: [800 381 3444|tel:8003813444] option 6
- • US and Canada Wireline Customers only: 800.569.8799 (M-F 9AM-6PM ET) Live Chat (Sun 8pm- Sat 8pm ET)

Please help me.
