+play not working

I am trying to add netflix to +play but the website isn't working. I have tried on 3 different browsers on my computer and 2 on my phone, all of them have the same error:

 

Unable to load your subscriptions.

We are currently unable to get the list of your subscriptions. Please retry.

 

It does this no matter what link I click on. When I click on retry, it also does this.

 

EDIT: I SOLVED IT.

I had to make a new mobile account and log in with that, not my fios internet account. In case anyone else has this issue!

I know I would want to be able to manage, and add new subscriptions using +play myself, cakey. I appreciate you trying different browsers to get this done, without success. We're here to help. Please be on the lookout for a private note from us.
