I am trying to establish an online account for my existing Verizon prepaid account. When I click on the link labeled "Create new account", I receive an error message "Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time".
I have now been on the chat line for three hours trying to get Verizon to resolve this issue. During these three hours, I have communicated with 10 different representatives - one from promotions trying to upsell me on new equipment, one from sales, and none of them from the correct department. Each of them promising to transfer me to somebody who can help me.
I have searched online and see that many people are having this issue but there have been no solutions posted.
