recent order cancelled due to wrong identity info

i recently tried to open an account and got sent a email saying it needed more info for my order so i sent all of what was asked.  About an hour after that email i get another saying my info could not be verified and they cancelled my order. i then called the fraud department who where extremely rude and ran me through loops just to tell me they cant give out any personal info that i literally just gave them. the agent then proceeds to transfer me to another department to get my money back and i was on hold for 50 minuets before getting hung up on. i called back and again no one seems to know anything in that department i kept jumping through hoops just trying to explain that if my order was cancelled i want my money back. this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, i have never seen customer service agents as incompetent as Verizon ones. i spent almost 4 hours on the phone with them and still have no clear idea of when i'll be getting my money
