Hey, so my Verizon sim was last topped up in October, but I've been out of the US since then, so I didn't recharge it. Got a text in December saying my number's expiring soon, but being away, I didn't recharge. Now that I'm trying, Verizon won't let me sign in. It's saying my info doesn't match their records, and even the CORRECT zip code isn't working on the disconnected account page. The chat with us section is asking me to sign in for everything, which I'm unable to do. Really need help with this since I use this number for pretty much everything.
