I am trying to verify my business account and was given a bad email address to send to

We defintiely want to get you the help you need to get this done, as I would want to make sure I could manage my account online as well. We don't have access to business account types here in this forum. The best option to reach our Business Account Support team is by dialing 800-922-0204 from your business line, or use your business number when prompted.

After 7 attempts to 4 emails from 2 phones over 3 days, my documents were finally accepted, which could have been avoided by giving me the correct email address in the first place
