unable to link services then get a "looks like something went wrong"

Had numerous hours long calls with customer service representatives, promised call backs when they can't fix the issue and never called back.  This is going on a month now.... sent up the ladder to tech support with still no solution.  I am at wits end and ready to leave after over 20 years with Verizon... SAD
