I have access to a Telus prepaid SIM and data plan, but the Ellipsis MHS800L will not connect to Telus network. Speaking with Telus customer service, I was informed I'd need to configure the device's APN settings, however there seems to be no provision for changing these settings.
Is this something Verizon customer service can assist with, or is there some other way to adjust these settings so I can use this device during my travels?
We want you to have services when traveling to Canada dznkn. Are you currently a Verizon Wireless customer? Do you have the international plan?

I am a Verizon prepaid customer. I've been happily using my device in US, but was unable to find information for coverage in Canada.
